In a lame attempt to booster lunch sales, a bar near me intorduced Loungerie Lunch a few years back. The waitresses and bar tenders would literally where just Bras and panties. Some sort of shoe too of course.

No one went at first because the girls were pigs and I no one anted to look at strecth marks and C-section scars while eating./ I thought my god...what an awful ploy to get some asses in the door. Now the girls are much better and life is good

I was thinking though, what are some of the other dumb promotions bars have attempted to get people in the door from across the US and world. Indulge me please!

My favorite dive bar has the Free fist fight with purchase of 10 or more drinks promotion going. It's incredibly popular.

I know a few bars with the same promotion Merc, I think it usually involves tequilla though. Ah tequila...liquid hate!

I work about 4 blocks from the club where Ben Affleck got in trouble after parting with strippers leading to his J-Lo break-up.

Their PR people were able to work that for a bit.

2 gins 1 cup. its a take off on a well known video. its advertised, yet no one wants to find out what it is so they still haven't sold any

You can't blame the bar for that, the dumbass shouldn't have been drinking that much in the first place

The thing is at that guy was 15 one year under the age of being able to drink beer and light spirits he shouldn't even have gotten one tequila yet alone 50.
