Not unheard of. My hometown of Jackson Michigan had it's own Superheroes in the form of
Captain Jackson & Crime Fighter GirlAll he did was walk around downtown, looking into buildings and seeing if everything was ok, if it wasn't he'd call the cops.
Then one day Captain Jackson got drunk, and when some small kid said he wanted to be a superhero, Captain Jackson punched him, and according to the Absolute Michigan,
got caught drunk driving.

yeah, I heard of Captian Jackson and the whole drunk thing.
Illinois also has Mr. Silent and Dr. Discord, who kind of look like a cross between butlers and goth kids.
there's a bunch of others, none of them really do much impressive though, just walk around and call cops if they se anything, I want one to actually swing down and beat up a mugger or something. kind of a dissappointment

It's not so weird. I've figured out that, given the right circumstances and resources, most people could become Batman.

Hmmmm, so if we kill Paris Hilton's parents in front of her. She could wind up like Batman? With the powers of Anorexia Flight, so long as theres a stiff breeze, and the power to declare things "hot."
