Not yet, but when they come down here, no doubt about it, i'll be there. I just hope they play God of Thunder, Firehouse, God Gave Rock and Roll to You II, Detroit Rock City, and Black Diamond. That would rock!

Wow, now that is a long time ago. I remember they once tried it without their makeup and nobody liked that
Everybody thought what a ugly group, so they never done it again.

In that time they were ok.

I think they made better music without the make up honestly. Its hard to find a bad KISS song, but I prefer the nonmakeup music.

I saw them in 04. I couldn't tell they were up there in age at all. Great live show though.

That might be because of their age now.

I've seen live videos of their older performances, I'd still put a few people before them.

Wednesday 13 doesn't have the pyro and lights, but his shows are more fun and personal. That immediately puts him ahead of KISS. Watching a KISS show is like watching an orchestrated performance, you know whats going to happen and its kind of played out.

Slipknot has more energy in their stage show and sounds better live then KISS does.

Mushroomhead's Halloween Show is probably the biggest spectacle you'll ever see, but if you don't live near Cleveland you'll probably never see it.

You still may not be seeing "THE RIGHT SHOWS".

Not every performance is as good as the one before or after it.

Never heard of him/them

Now maybe.....but not in their day.

And its not like seeing older performances on tape is going to show you but they were something special and new back in the 70's.

Its impossible and not fair to try to compare things like "energy levels" from a group of aged rockers to young ones.

Its also unfair to compare shows from 30 years ago to thoses of today.

There are things that Bands are allowed to do now that may have shut down shows in the past.

Althu that didnt always stop bands from doiing them but the bigger known bands like KISS had to worry about them a bit more.

As for sounding better live.....thats a matter of opinion that I dont agree with.

Althu its hard to make a great assement since I've only heard Slipnot live on youtube.

Never heard of them either.
