Marvel Movies Fantasy Casting

So with Marvel finally taking a more proactive approach tio their movies, who would you like to see play the superheroes? I'm hoping that after the first Avengers movie they make a sequel to that and start bringing in some of the lesser-known characters. (And by lesser known, I mean to the general public, but not to us geeks.)
Dr. Strange - Liam Neeson (He was BORN to play Strange. He's already got the goatee and the perfect voice!)
Ms. Marvel - Amanda Tapping
Black Panther - Will Smith (assuming, that is, he can pull off a believable African accent)
Luke Cage - Christopher Judge (Yeah, I know, another Stargate actor, but if the shoe fits...)
If they ever revamp Daredevil - MAYBE Nathan Fillion (though maybe he's not gritty enough, I dunno)
Any thoughts on these, or suggestions of your own?

Black Panther should be that guy, Chijuri Ejifor (don't know his name really) from Children of Men. Don't really think an ex-rapper known for yelling urban slang at aliens would necessarily be the best choice.

My vote for Black Panter would be Djimon Hounsou. He can fight, pull off the accent, and is a very good actor.
If I could deage Robert Redford, he would be perfect for Captain America.

Djimon Hounsou is the perfect Black Panther hands down!
Also I was thinking Gabriel Macht would make a pretty good Captian America & if probably Ken Watanabe for the Silver Samurai.
Also if he wasnt considering doing his rap career, Joaquin Phoenix to replace Nicholas Cage in a Ghost Rider remake.

I hope they never make a Luke Cage movie, it would bomb big time. The common movie goer has probably never even heard of him. Plus, the character is just lame.

Too late. Tyrese Gibson is playing him. And the common moviegoer had probably never heard of MIB or Blade, but they were successful Marvel movies. They're also making Runaways soon. Howard the Duck I'm not going to touch.
The lame thing I have no argument against, except
I don't mind him.

Most people had no idea MIB was even based on a comic book. They saw aliens, Will Smith, and Tommy Lee Jones.
Blade was a bad ass horror action movie.
But I see your point, they could possibly get away with it. But he still bores me to tears. I'd rather have a new Howard the Duck.

I have nothing against Hansou, he's a great actor, but he just strikes me as too... bald to play King T'Challa.

Huh, I honestly did not expect a Luke Cage movie as soon as 2011. The premise of the movie sounds interesting. I'm hopng they bring in Iron Fist as his partner.
A Runaways movie? Eh, color me uninterested. I always thought the Runaways were way too emo/goth/punk for superheroes.

People still went to see it. Luke Cage can be known or not known as a comic book movie for the casual moviegoer to see it, as long as there's an interesting story.

Now that's hitting below the belt. Fo' shame!
Also, if they put Vulture in Spider-Man 4, I see Ben Kingsley being the perfect cast member, but I also don't see him accepting the role.

Who would want to see thios I ask you????? Unless of course, Marvel tries to bring in more of an interest in comics to the African American community. Other wise this movie would bomb!

NO MORE HOWARD THE DUCK PLEASE!

My lord, Kingsley would be perfect for that. I also do not see him accepting the role. Damn...that sucks! For Vulture, how about....hmmmm................Hugh Laurie? Clearly he can do an American voice. I just really like House.
Other people i'd like to see:
Deadpool: John C. McGinley Dr. Cox would be bad arse as the Merc with the Mouth!
Apocalypse: Hmmm....I forget his name. The gent who played Adibisi in Oz. He was also in the Mummy 2.
Banshee; Either of the two dudes from Boondock Saints.

Maybe it's because I'm a fan of the book, but I have to disagree with you on that. While the quality of the book has dipped slightly ever since Whedon's run, Brian K. Vaughan's work was unquestionably good. And seeing as how any movie would be based on the eighteen issue original arc, it would most likely go down well, barring a couple of edits to the storyline (like the vampire subplot, and the appearance of Cloak, Dagger and the Avengers...though apparently there's a shared Marvel movieverse these days, so that shouldn't be a problem if that movie gets out first...)

I want to see Michael Clark Duncan play him. I don't care if he's been in a Marvel movie already, he's the only guy physically imposing enough for the role.

The only problem with a Runaway's movie is that we won't be able to see Molly punch out Wolverine. That was priceless.
