It seriously isn't that bad. It may be different than what kiss normaly does, but it is still cool.
Under the rose, Mr. Blackwell, and Dark light rock, and I is awesome.
Can anyone tell me why people hate it?

it doesnt sound like a traditional kiss album. alot of people just werent eric carr fans, kiss without its makeup never had a fan base. and foreign covers showed them with make up to try and drum up sales. its their worst selling album to date, and sales were so bad they didn't even do a tour for it. they attempted to go in a different dirrectio and alienated their fan base in the process. they chaged their formula for success and botched the experiment, which blew up in their face. the fans they had at the time grew up and couldn't rock n roll all nite, because it was the 80's and they all had to get business jobs. all good things must come to an end, and this was kiss' attempt at milking a dead cash cow.
