Seriously, I was sceptical but bought it anyway and I have to say its a thoroughly good read.

Plus, you know, zombies!

I've never even heard of it. What's the premise? Aside from, of course, pride, prejudice, zombies, and what that usually entails: snake-in-a-cans.

Take the classic novel, and alter it by adding zombies, martial arts and other things that has Jane Austin spinning in her grave.

I flipped thru a copy when I saw it on the shelf, but not interested enough to try reading it. Plus after reading World War Z the other week, I'm sure it just wouldn't have the same impact.
