I won an auction on eBay on the 23rd of April. Paid (same day) and the seller sent the item out on the 24th.

Now, here's the problem. It's coming from Shanghai China, and she did put tracking and insurance on it, and she did send it Airmail, however...it last updated on April 26th saying

Label/Receipt Number: XXXX XXXX XXXX X
Status: Foreign International Dispatch

Your item left SHANGHAI, CHINA PEOPLES REP on April 26, 2007. Information, if available, is updated every evening. Please check again later.

I had read somewhere that it takes about 2 business days to get to the US border, but once it's in the US, that's where most of the wait time comes from.

Some people who won items from the same seller got their items in as little as 6 days, others as long as 22!

So, how long (in your experience) does it take for Airmail to reach from China to a destination in the US? I'm getting a little worried here. I don't want to Neg her...but I will if it comes down to it.

When I got my MP Megatron from HLJ, EMS seemed to be almost 2 days behind. I had already transformed him, and EMS said that he was still in customs at JFK.

O_o...wow. That's just terrible. Problem is, I've yet to see mine even pass customs.

I did call a local P.O. They said since it's registered Airmail, every distribution center, every truck or plane it's on, it must be signed for. Said it could take 2-3 weeks on average to get my items. Fortunately, I'm 2 weeks in now.

For the amount of money I paid...jerk owes me a refund.
