These used to be at KBs everywhere a few years ago.

Never got one, though I was tempted by the Chinese Dragon.

These came to America back in the late 90's early 2000 span right around the Beast Machines/RID span I think. They had a different name of course something lame like Dinos Alive. They even had a FOX cartoon best I remember.

The Dragon figure did look good.

Oh yeah i remeber that show it was really strange wasnt it something to d owith a giant energy cloud sucking lifefroce from the eart hso the dinos had to fight it a poor rip of transformers

It was called Dinozaurs, and of course America changed some things like the making the Terradactyl a woman when it was a man in Japanese and so on. nice though that they did go beyond the "basic" ie Tyrannosaurus, Brachiosaurus,Triceratops stegosaurus, Terradactyl(though technically it's not an actual dinosaur) they added others dino based transformers like Pachycephalasaurus, Kentrosaurus, Styrachosaurus, Taurosaurus Centrosaurus,Ramphorynchus, Archelon, and Ictheodarus (again the last three are not technically dinosaurs). Never got though why they had a saber-tooth tiger or Wooly Mammoth those arent dinosaurs or even reptiles. Anyways story was that there were ancients who decided to use prehistoric animals as gaurdians to defend the earth when an invading fleet of aliens (alled Dragozaurs hence their dragon like appearance) came to suck up the lifeforce on the planet. They were defeated and the warriors went into hibernation as fossils. Long story short aliens came back, dinos were awoken by kids (cause they always are in anime), kids befriend dinos stop aliens blahblahblahblah you get the picture.
