help with Ipod Nano

Hey guys I just got one online, refurbished, so no instrustion book. It works great, now I am wondering how to delete things off of it. Such as the former owner's profile, contacts, songs etc. Thanks for any help.

You need to restore your ipod. Go to
http://support.apple.com/cgi-bin/WebObj ... config=SZBand download the manual. Then go to page 50. That will walkyou through how to do it.
