Seriously though, I'm happy for you. It's like what I told Shadowman: when I turned 20, I couldn't wait for the next year. Now I kinda wish I hadn't been so impatient. I feel old at 23. Hope you don't get to feeling old until you're actually getting that way o.0'

Here's what I don't get though, growing up I was told that you become an adult when you turn 18. I turn 18 and I'm told I'm not a real adult until I'm 21. I turn 21 and I'm told by the federal government that I'm not considered an adult until I'm 22. I turn 22 and everyone says real adulthood doesn't start until your 25...WTF!

Posted: Sat Jun 27, 2009 10:05 pmoriginal sin: Yeah I now how you feel, they should really make up their @#*&ing mind when it comes to the "official" age of adulthood. Personally, I think it should be 20 that you're considered an adult for the sheer reason that's the first number that doesn't end in -teen, so it appeals to the logical side of my brain. Though my other side says it should be whenever you feel like moving out of your parents house ad live a life of your own
