http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/us_obit_billy_maysSo much for Pitchmen. As much as the guy annoyed me to no end, he went before his time.

That makes me sad. He was funny, and didn't seem like a half bad person either.

He was one of those 'always on' personalities. I remember he appeared on a daytime talk show and just couldn't see to get out of character. He just had so much energy to go around that he could sell anything just by the appeal of his personality.
Can't say he was 'one of the greats', but he seemed like a good person and for that alone I feel sorry for his loss.

This is very sad news; I really liked Billy Mays. He had that American "can-do" spirit of entrepreneurship. You could tell he enjoyed what he did—his personality on television was proof of that. He will be missed.

He was 50 also?
Wow he didn't live that far from me
Tampa Bay's Fox television affiliate was there?
I usually don't watch Fox13

That's terrible! Billy Mays is one of my favorite TV personalities, and he had a docu-drama (Pitchmen) about something interesting with no manufactured drama. My condolences go out to his family.

He's so personable and earnest, irreplaceable. May he rest in peace

This is more surprising to me than either Jackson or Fawcett's death. Fawcett was not well for a long time, and who knows what sort of damage Jackson's life style did to him over the years. It seemed that we were going to hear from Mays for a long time.

Merging two topics into one.
I personally found him annoying, but that's just me.

The coroners come out and said it was not related at all. He had an enlarged heart.

Hence why I said might, and it doesn't change the fact that he should have gone in for a check up after hitting it either. Hell they may have even found the problem with his heart had he done so.

It's a shame.
I don't really appreciate Jackson, and don't know zip about Fawcett, but Mays was the man.
I'd like to write more but I burned my hand and it hurts to type.
