I've been spending the past month and a half preparing for an art show for my EFE art & design class! It finally is over and it went of with quite a few hitches!

Anyone remember murphy's law? that came into effect quite a few times! for one- The sculpture of agent smith I was displaying was smashed to bits while our pedestals were Being moved. also. the DVD I was using to display some of my movies decided to freeze up on the last movie! On top of which we came under a Tornado warning during the whole thing.

but this was not with out it's positives!
for example! the sculpture that was smashed still had the face part intact! so I still have a useable sculpture!

The freezifying movie on the DVD was the least important one of the bunch and the other ones played just fine!

the Tornado warning expired within minutes of it's announcement'1

Someone blindly gave me a full two- liter of Dr. Pepper!

so all-in-all the day evened out!

EDIT: Here are some pictures

Glad things turned out well. Am I correct in guessing a lightsaber was going to be shown today if it's creator wasn't a **** slacker?

I was contemplating it yes, but given the fate of my other sculpture it was probably better that it was still incomplete and in your hands, where I know it's safe for the time being!

Would this be a bad time to mention that one of the pieces flew off the spindle on my lathe and embedded itself in the wall of my garage?

That's a pretty slick suit you got there.

Sorry I couldn't come, no ride, hideous driving conditions, blahdy blahdy blah.

So, you gonna start on AoD soon? ;;)

Is it still useable and/or not busted?

Oh yeah. Aluminum is great against drywall.

If you haven't removed it yet and/or have a camera on you then take a picture and post it as fast as you can! if not then post a picture of the dent and/or hole!
I have an Idea for a sig!

EDIT: Homer Jay. I don't have pictures of the artwork yet, but here is a link to some of my digital pieces http://rhapsodic-fox.deviantart.com/

Will do if I can find the software for my camera. Since my computer is beefed I'll have to try installing it on moms.
