RECAP

For some of you that do not know, I am an Over-the-Road Truck Driver, on Dec. 4, 2004, while I was at work, a drunk driver hit the back left corner of my trailer that caused this damage to me; 1. My neck is deteriating. 2. Angular buldges from the C-3 to C-7. 3. I am 5% disabled and still working driving over-the-road.

PRESENT

I was waiting on a Doctors Report that did my Impairment Rating, I was looking forward to what it had to say.

I have to get Range-of-motion tests done every 3 Mopnths and a shot of Stroids every 6 Months for the rest of my Life.

I had a funny feeling that was going to be the case, I just do not know when my Driving Career is going to end but I am going to make the Most of it.

On June 26th, 2007, I have to give a Depistion (sp?) to the Defense Attorny. As of right now, I do not know it is going to happen but I am going to prepare myself for it.

I am not looking for any sympthy but to keep everyone informed.

Thanks for all of the great responses but I will never get back to normal anymore. I am just going to prolong it as much as I can b4 I have to file disablity.

I have to now think about how my wife and I are going to survive before that happens.

My main concerned is to be able to buy a house, car and have money left over to live on until I do get disablity.

Right now, I am still working and will contuniue to work until I can not work no more.

Now THAT's a good work ethic!

Sell yourself down the docks. I mean, c'mon.. you'd be an truck driver, for Christ's sake. Get a policeman and an Indian, and I'm pretty sure you could even make a few dollars as a layman's Village People.
