I just saw Wolverine origin movie...... It was ok, but :-? , about the music..... :-? . I have the soundtrack score to the first Transformers film and, yeah I like it, was wondering how they get away with blatantly swiping music from Transformers? Did they get Jablonsky's permission to do that cause I thought that it was just one of those pre-production bootlegs that had flooded the web, but when I patiently wait and go the chance to see it in threatre, I was like WTF :-x ?!?

Harry Gregson-Williams did the soundtrack for X-Men Origins, so unless it was 100% identical, I'm going to put my money on just "very similar."

It's worth noting, I think, that both Steve Jablonsky and Harry Gregson-Williams worked together on the soundtrack for Metal Gear Solid 2, and are both part of Hans Zimmer's studio.

:-? That explains alot. When I first heard "the arrival" score from the first movie, I thought that was the work of Gregson-Williams for sure. Thanx alot.

It's actually kind of sad that you can mix and match those three "composers" and not be able to tell who did what. They all definitely need to conceive their own styles.
