Asking to pick just one is kind of a brain-buster, actually. It depends on so many factors.
But if I had to pick just one, I'd have to say "My Letter" by Flaw.
HK, just til the Bratz release a new album, of course (please note sarcasm).

I don't like techno--I find it repetitive and predictable--but this song is major awesome!

My absolute all-time favorite song is "Highway to Hell" by AC/DC.
"Thunderstruck" and "Let There Be Rock" from the LIVE album also by AC/DC are VERY CLOSE 2nd.
Others, in no particular order:
"Ace of Spades" by Motorhead
"American Badass" by Kid Rock (yes, I liked it better than "Sad But True")
"Summer of '69" by Bon Jovi
"Enter Sandman" by Metallica
"Welcome to the Jungle" by Guns 'n' Roses
"Sharp Dressed Man" by ZZ Top
"Promised Land" by Elvis Presley
"Rebel Yell" by Billy Idol
"Pour Some Sugar On Me" by Def Leppard
"Breaking the Law" by Judas Priest (for some reason whenever I hear that I think of Grimlock)
"Nothing's Gonna Stand in Our Way" by someone on the 86 TF:TM soundtrack. (That song is pure 80s hard rock)
"Trampled Underfoot" by Led Zeppelin
"Rocky Mountain Way" by Joe Walsh
"Rock and Roll Fantasy" by Bad Company
That's right, I'm a rocker.

T-C, Your list looks a lot like my cross-country road-trip ultimate driving playlist.
It gets me a lot of speeding tickets. (Damn you, Journey!) Though I'd skip the MJ and the REO and add "hell is for children" for Pat Benatar. Horrible song. So horrible it is brilliant.
And I'd throw on Sister Machine Gun and a lot of goth/industrial.
HK, somehow, impromptu karaoke does NOT get you out of a speeding ticket.

Hellkitty -- Yeah, my brother and I listen to a lot of Classic Rock while riding in each other's vehicles, even more so when we go on trips together. Likewise, my brother doesn't like MJ. But then again, I don't like it when he plays Styx or Air Supply... something about those two bands grates my nerves.
Anyways, I remember some more of my favorite songs:
Rick James -- Super Freak
MC Hanner -- Can't Touch This
Murray Head -- One Night in Bangkok
Pointer Sisters -- I'm So Excited
Europe -- The Final Countdown
Eric Carmen -- Hungry Eyes
Zappacosta -- Overload
Van Halen -- Humans Being
Weird Al -- Dare to be Stupid, Amish Paradise, Ricky, UHF, Can't Watch This, and Smells Like Nirvana
Goo Goo Dolls -- Long Way Down and Before It's Too Late (Sam and Mikaela's Theme)
Armor for Sleep -- End of the World
Disturbed -- This Moment
H.I.M. -- Passion's Killing Floor
Korn -- Right Now
And there's still even more favorite songs than that. I tend to listen to quite a variety.
