move on. its not worth the head/heart aches to stress over her.
fish, sea, yadda yadda yadda... get over it. life goes on. believe me. (besides if it didn't we'd all be dead) give it time. good things... those who wait...
i could continue preaching abridged words of wisdom but really the best advise is step away from the computer and go meet someone new. its summer go to the beach, or a party, or something. Besides, what else are you gonna do sit and give your self pitty?

What our dear friend N_V is saying, in his completely inimitable style that *I* think is worthy of a talk show is this:
Girls are weird.
Possible scenarios:
*maybe she got in trouble and got 'grounded' and her phone privileges are taken away. (I don't know how old you/she are, but this might be plausible?) In which case, maybe some slack.
*She's too chicken to tell you she's not interested (in which case, do you want to date a rude chicken? I think not!)
*Or something crummy has happened in her life and she doesn't want to talk to *anyone* (again, do you want to deal with someone without basic courtesy?).
*She's a completely thoughtless person who was just stringing you along until something better came along (Whoa, son, you could totally do better than her).
* OR, she might be deriving some sick sort of entertainment in having you call back sounding all worried and confused. Sounds awful, but I know girls who have done that. Do you want a girl who laughs at your discomfort behind your back, simply because you're trying to get in touch with her? (That answer, honey, better be a 'hellz no', if not, report to Hellkitty's Deprogramming Camp ASAP).
Remember, girls have terrible social skills, too. And no one likes to break bad news. If she's trying to avoid you, which it seems like she is, that's her choice. She's not being very mature or decent about it, but depending on your age, that might be excusable. Most of us have enough of this sort of 'drama' by the time we're 18. If you're under 18, she might just want the drama for the sake of the drama. Which you want no part of, trust me.
It sucks to have invested time and emotion into someone and have them suddenly turn so...weird on you. But it's happened to, I swear, *everyone* here at least once--you're not the first, you won't be the last.
My advice (and I advise from a 'glass is half-empty and probably dirty, too' perspective) is to not feed her ego. It may be hard to resist the urge to pick up the phone, but *resist*. It will build valuable character later. And, having done it both ways, trust me, I regret the times I picked up that phone 'just once more' FAR more than I regret sticking to my guns. If she's decent, she'll come to you with a plausible excuse. If not, resolve not to waste a minute more of your valuable time on her.
There are girls out there worthy of your time. She's not one of them.

I have never been in any 'girl drama'.
When guys do this same sort of nonsense to girls, we've got the solution under control: ice cream, shopping and a good long hour at the range running 100 rounds through a picture of the dude's face and/or genitals. So over him!
HK, maladjusted, possibly.

Now I can agree on the ice cream and shopping...but the genitals is a little graphic

When I'm upset I listen to depressing angsty music...I wouldn't recommend it, but it sometimes works

No actual genitals were harmed in the process. I'd never do that. I saw how John Wayne Bobbitt made money off his 'accident'.
And I'm not scary in person. I'm a cuddly wuddly little hedgehog. Don't steal my money and give it to a floozy, and you'll be just fine, Mkall. Simple enough, right?

What everyone else said. Plus, and this may seem like a stupid question, but did you actually make sure you didn't misdial?
Other than that, the only thing I can think of is to try to figure out what you did wrong and never do it again. Or maybe jump on the couch in front of millions of viewers and testify your love for this woman. Seems to work for some nutjobs.

Nah, any woman who is trained on more than three types of semi- or fully-automatic weapons is way out of my league.
