So every kid in my school is given a laptop their freshman year to use as an educational tool. All I ever use mine for is facebook and games. I usually don't at school, all of the fun sites (except Seibertron.com) are blocked. I can usually get on facebook with my home's wireless internet, but now I can't. Can anybody help?

Define "can't." Do you get a "Page not Found" error? Does it seem to load forever then give a time out error? Some it release the mysterious blue smoke?

It sends up this white screen with a gray box that says "Access Denied. Category: Online Communities. Blocked URL: facebook.com"

Okay, so you're using the laptop at your home's wireless internet connection and you're still getting "Access Denied. Category: Online Communities. Blocked URL: facebook.com" ? I assume this is the same error you get when you use your school's internet connection through its intranet right?
Normally, an intranet's admins at a school or business will control traffic and block access to types of sites or particular sites. If you're using the laptop at your home internet connection, the intranet is out of the picture so the first thing that comes to mind that is likely causing the issue would be temp files/cache.
What OS are you using?(Windows probably?)
What web browser are you using?
If you have more than 1 web browser on your laptop, have you tried accessing Facebook in another web browser?
Is Facebook the only site you find you have denied access to from your home internet connection?
Can you ping facebook.com? If you can ping facebook then it's going to be temp file issue and you should be able to clear your cache and cookies to fix the problem since those files can muck up your connectivity through a web browser like IE, Firefox, etc.

Use Firefox instead of IE it should bypass it if it's blocking the site. Or you could use a proxy but it's a lotta mess.

Try going to facebook.com and if you're stil getting that message, do a Ctrl-F5, which will get rid of any annoying cache and cookies.
If that's not doing it, then do the following
Start --> Run, type ipconfig
In the window that opens up, type "ipconfig /release" (without the "")
Then type "ipconfig /renew" (again, without the "")
try it again, maybe that'll help.
