Hey everyone,

I just spent the last 3 hours or so making changes to the forums. The biggest thing that you guys will notice is that the links for topics and forums are now search engine friendly ... which basically means to you guys that the links are readable.

For example:

Old URL:
viewtopic.php?t=63117

New URL:
payload-yellow-long-haul-repaint-and-new-transformers-packaging-revealed-t63117.php

There are some errors and some inconsistencies with the modifications that I just added from phpbb.com. I am working on getting these issues resolved. I'll keep you guys posted.

It's been removed since it wasn't being frequently used and most of the questions could be asked fin in other forums.

THe topics were all moved into GD if I recall right.

A bit sad, as I liked that forum, but it was underused so it's likely for the best.

Just made several further changes/fixes.

1. Updated the left column sidebar navigation to reflect the SEO friendly urls. Also removed some of the outdated forum names that are no more.

2. Fixed the pagination link for the pages from the main forum pages. The pages had a .html extension instead of my preferred .php extension.

3. Fixed the url from the "topic reply notification" so that it will redirect to the proper post/page. I might update the URLs as well in the notification email to be the SEO friendly urls.

4. I shortened up the text in the "topic reply notification" email so that the first link to the latest post in a topic would be closer to the topic of the email, thus making it more accessible on mobile phones.
