have to say I'm not that impressed with it, I'd figure and update would be more than just give her pants. flagging sales, they might want to focus more on the writing, it's always been one of those titles where 've been more interested in the cover art or fan pin-up art, than the actual stories, aside from a couple points, most of the time they're kind of bland like Superman.

and of course speaking as a steriotypical male comic book geek, hope they don't decide to do something similar with Black Canary or Zatanna, cause I likes me the fishnets

I didn't know she was getting a new costume.

I don't mind it that much. It looks alright. Nothing too spectacular, sure, but then I was never a fan of her original costume either, and imo that looked terribly dated.

It's an improvement, but it could be a lot better.

I can appreciate updating the costume, although I don't think you had to change the existing elements that much. Not too sure about the change of her origin though. At least the writer made sure to include a way out, which is better than what Spidey's getting with OMD.
