i know this post does not go here but dident know were else to put it. anywho ive been trying to clean my inbox as its full of old mail and i can not delete it, every time check the box and go to "delete marked" at the bottom then press go it gives me someother thing asking me to export something can someone help.

Screenshots and a more descriptive error would go a long way.

It sounds like you're using a web based client? Or are you using a flavor of Outlook/Thunderbird etc...?

Maybe try their own support sites? Or give them a phone call (such a foreign concept in this day and age lol).
