What does it take to become a mod.

Not making this thread. I am 100% serious.

A couple criteria:

1. Don't ask. They'll call you if they want you for the job.

2. You have to know Ryan pretty well.

3. You have to show that you're very mature and responsible.

4. You have to shed the blood of a treacherous servant at a cross roads at the full moon...nah, this one's a joke.

I would also add that you have to prove that you're going to
be here for a while and not wonder off.

In any case, for the most part the rest is true. We just know Ryan pretty well and want to make Seibertron.com an awesome site.

I'm fairly new to the internet itself. It's a very nice site.
Nice to be meeting new people,in a peaceful enviornment. One
has no interest to be a moderator. Like the feel of the place.

LOL imagine if that was the requirement?

I gather the boss says 'we need a new mod' and the current mods & admins throw out names for consideration. That's what I was told when I was offered modship anyhow.

We changed it. Now we put names on a dart board and whoever we happen to stab the most gets nominated.
