Bully strikes back..

WOW..

http://deadspin.com/#!5782089/revenge-o ... es-an-icon

Just watch the video..

And to get it straight, the little guy (and his off screen companion that steps in at the end) are the bullies..

From the article
I look back now and see that everything that happens as a kid made me into a person I now hate but respect. Bullies need to be shown that they have a problem and there are consequences to treating people like crap. I have taught my kids that you never bully anyone or start a fight, you end them and end them fast with as little violence as possible. If it continues, send a distinct message....

I was taught the same.. Except my father (ex police officer) taught me to be as violent as possible.. That got the point across faster in his eyes..
I hate to say it but after a couple of scraps I was involved with some bullies in middle school the point was set rather quickly and they stayed away from me.

When I tried to deal with bullies, I was the one that ended up getting counseling while they walked free.

This kid is awesome for showing a the kid who's boss.

The question at hand though is what on earth possessed a scrawny 12 year old to bully a kid who is obviously much larger than him? It's simple weight ratio at this point.

All those people just standing around...

The bully is luck he isn't dead. The way he staggered after being thrown indicates real head trauma.

I was bullied when I was in middle school, and I didn't have the courage to stand up to them. Not because I was afraid of the individual, but because I knew if I got into any sort of trouble at school (my fault or not) my mother would beat the crap out of me. And back then I was afraid of her. She was a chain smoking alcoholic who embraced and thrived on rage, and me being the oldest child (and only boy) it was usually directed at me whenever she had excess of it. But after I moved in with my grandmother and got into high school, I took no **** from anyone, and a couple of times I did have to answer bullying, I did so with my fists. Now, I don't recommend violence, but it is effective in getting the point across. Especially when you smash the other person's face into a locker. I despise bullies and anytime they get what they deserve I'm all for it.

I know we all want to see bullies get what's coming to them, but basic justice has to be applied to.

That kid that got thrown may have been killed. Death is not an equivalent punishment. I'm not saying the kid who threw him did anything wrong. He's too young to understand his actions.

But really, no part of that video should make anyone feel good about anything. It began with cruelty and ended up a child whose brain was so shaken up he couldn't stand up straight. Bully or not, that's still a child who doesn't fully understand his actions.

It all comes down to justice, like you said. No, he doesn't deserve brain damage, but with what happened, he'll probably think twice about emotionally terrorizing another human being.

Was it head trauma or how hard he landed on his hip/leg? Six inches more and the one leg would have been snapped at the ankle (the wooden garden wall was close to his feet).

Regardless the kid could have been seriously hurt.
But you know what, I have friends that were bullied and beaten to the point that they were put in the hospital so what happens in this situation?
The little kid and his friend beat this poor kid senseless and he goes to the hospital instead?

It is a lose lose situation really.
That is why bulling must be stopped.

It was his leg, it took the brunt of the impact and if you look closely he's limping really bad on it.

No head injury involved. His ankle was broken by the impact.

The kid wanted him to stop, I don't think he had any intention of severely injuring him.

It just happened to be the outcome.

I have no problem rallying behind the heavier set kid, the little stick figure got what he deserved.

And obviously the staff on hand let him get his just desserts. The woman in the black and red shirt was an employee and watched the whole thing and didn't step in.

If that's not a telling sign that this kid was in the right, nothing is.

I thought so.

If his ankle was broken he would not have been able to put any weight at all on it, not even to limp.. I am venturing a guess of a bad bruise.. Maybe a fracture but not a complete break.

An article online confirmed it. Which is part of the reason the victim was suspended and the bully was not.

Can't find he other article, but here's one:
http://www.urlesque.com/2011/03/16/zang ... anonymous/

They did suspend both. The bully for 21 days, the victim for 4 days.

Anonymous is now stepping in and planning to wreak havoc on the school and whatever else gets in their way.

Ha! I would have stomped his ass to finish the job! Good job kid, I applaud you. :APPLAUSE:

I remember in the 5th grade there was this bully who picked with everyone all the time, then I told him to meet me on the playground, I punched him in the face, them the principal looked out of the window (ironic?) so, I laid on the ground and started screaming, and he was the one that got in trouble! I got his ass! Good times. /:)

No, that's a sign that the school has a policy of non-engagement or that she was negligent in her duty to oversee the children.

She could have been frightened too.. We will never know unless they interview her.

All the same, that's still not her giving silent consent to what was occurring.

The kid didn't want to get punched in the head again so he acted to stop it, can anyone honestly say they'd do otherwise if they were able? If a guy and his friends started hitting you in the street would you just take a beating or would you throw a punch to defend yourself? I think everyone will agree the big kid did no wrong.
What I find amusing is Annonymous taking the moral high ground on bullying.

Denial of service attacks, possible picketing like their attack on Scientology, things of that nature. Each individual piece is a mere nuisance on it's own, but you combine 'em, and it's a headache.

Because it's Anonymous. It's like fighting a shadow, but the shadow has a really mean right hook. People who have thought they had some kind of advantage over them quickly learned the opposite. One lawyer claimed to have the names of the "ring leaders" and after announcing it, every electronic device he owned had been hacked and much of his personal information, including a variety of embarrassing e-mails, had been made public.
