TF Club member Q

Hi all,

I just joined and paid TF Club membership fee last two weeks before the deadline 16h march. I want to know how long does it takes to process and any idea when you going to get the activations code email from the TF club guys?

I already send a letter to 'Cathy' and also cc to 'admin2 [at] funpubinc [dot] com' asking for an update and still no available. it would be great if someone guide me on this. thanks.

Well this year when I renewed I had no problems but last year when I started it I did have to wait ..They are possibly working on Joecon and might not be back till its over

Otherwse I have no idea why they aren't responding

I see, but from what i sees so far it's over. Still haven't heard any single response yet from them and this starting to worried me. :-(

Give them one more then email them again

I already sent them another mail and forward to international admin1 this morning at my time. Also try login in saying no such email in the database.

i will wait for another two days.

I have a friend who is a contributer to the fan club magazine

If you still have problems I could have her get in touch with the people there who work on the subscription

Have you gotten anything on your credit card invoice to show that they accepted your payment?

Hey,

i haven't receive my invoice paper yet but I have check and confirm Funpub has already charge my credit card last month. It was recorded in my credit card online account.

Yeah, if you could get your friend contact them and tell me what happen it would be great.
