This past Thursday my 6 year old daughter graduated from Kindergarten to 1st grade.

Today my 17 (18 next week) year old daughter graduated from High school..

She plans on attending college and will be taking up culinary arts with a minor in child psych..

It is a strange feeling watching your child walk across the stage and graduate....

I'm not even sure how that combination works? Do the childs choice of food determine the inner workings of their soul? :???:

since I have no kids and haven't even begun to worry about starting a family I can only imagine what it is like. However it was weird waking up on my 21st birthday seeing it as a nother day and then realize how much time has passed. I'm sure I'll feel old as times passes and I have a family of my own.

Congratulations. I don't have children of my own, but it must be a proud feeling. I hope to experience it sometime. :)

Congratulations! I don't have children of my own, but I know that when this time in life happens for me, I will never be ready and I'd definitely feel proud, confused, scared, all at the same time.

Wow. Congratulations, Bishop! :)

Its funny, I still think of your daughter as the young girl in the photos you showed years back on Ragnarklogoff (holding G1 Shockwave). God that makes me feel old.

I don't have any kids myself, but I look forward to the day I'll be able to. :)

Congratulations. I hope she enjoys her time at college and excels.

As for getting old, hell yeah. You don't need kids to do that. I went to visit a friend of mine the other day and her son is 14, almost 15, and I remember when he was two and I was taking them out for ice cream.

I'll be 31 on the 12th of June and it seems young still, and it is, but it does remind me how old I'm getting...and quickly.

I almost know how you feel. My 3-year-old will be hitting JK this year. I'm excited for her. She's excited for herself. I'm old. I think if I get any more excited for her, I'll break my glass hip or at least have a stroke.

For those that have children here is a word of advice...

Hold on to them.. Hug them and tell them you love them as often as you can, enjoy EVERY second that you have with them..

They grow up in the blink of an eye..
