Midtown Comics and Things from Another World both have been pretty reliable to me in the past. Midtown's shipping is killer though, even though they have a bit of a better selection.

So do I (or, well, the one time I got them outside of eBay). Their shipping is a little expensive for finding individual comics, but if you're trying to find a whack of them, they're not bad and go the extra, excuse the pun, mile.
