Anyone following the GL comics?
The War of the Green Lanterns storyline is pretty exciting!

Pretty anti-climatic though.
Still, never saw that coming with Sinestro.

I just think the way the Guardians acted in the last few pages was sort of ridiculous...

Yeah it's a case of "hey dudes! We just saved you from being possessed by emotional entities!"
"Yeah well you still killed a Guardian, who we treated like crap and exiled from our civilization because we didn't like him but you know, YOU'RE FIRED!"
Wankers.

I read the Green Lantern comics through hardcovers so I read them at chunks at a time.
I was really loving Geoff Johns' run until Blackest Night. After that event, I was really burnt out on Green Lantern. I'll have to read it again and continue on since some time has passed.

I'm thinking about reading the Green Lantern comics since the movie introduced me. All it takes is a Hollywood film to reel me in. *cough* Transformers *cough* Iron Man *cough*
I haven't read any good comics in a while and I disregarded DC altogether after the Dark Knight.

Start with Green lantern Vol. 4. Then you'll slowly work your way into Green Lantern Blackest Night. If you like Zombies,, you'll **** your pants.

As a company wide event it's definitely one of the better ones.
Growing up I was more Marvel than DC, even to this day i'm still like that. However the GL books and Booster Gold (yes, i'm a Booster fan) i'll read ahead of Marvel.

Will do. And yes, I like zombies very much. As long as they don't become a reality (but I'm prepared).

As a kid I was more of a DC fan, mostly Superman, but because DC kind of missed the bus with all the Marvel movie craze usurping the world I forgot about them. Plus all DC had to offer in my generation were s****y tv series that I hated to death. But I never really discovered Green Lantern until now, and I find him much more interesting than pretty much anything. And I thought he was lame before...

Wow, are the majority of non-human Green Lanterns dumb? Can't believe Stewart had to take that crap.

I follow GL and GLC. I gotta say I wasn't expecting how they ended the GL series. Hal was shafted pretty hard. I'm interested to see how this reboot is handled and where they go with it.

So we're three issues into Green Lantern, GL Corps and New Guardians, what do you all think of it so far?
Anyone reading RL? Wondering if I should get into it...

The GL comics are pretty much the only good things in this "New 52" garbage.
Red Lanterns is an okay read, three issues in though and it's been a bit slow. Not sure where they're going to be taking the Atroticus character though as he's walking a fine line between hero and villain.
