Are they gonna have a new anime or comic book series of that show?

    I was sad when it ended! That was a great show(one of the best anime shows ever period!!!). Too bad shows like that don't get remade, I'd loved to see them do it again.

Oh and did he ever have anyother powers other then the Angel Arm?

There was a rumor being tossed around that Yasuhiro Nightow was planning on making an animated full-length film, but it must've been around a year ago which I remember reading that. Who knows if this fell through the cracks or became a part of pre-development limbo.

Yeah, I also heard the rumor of an animated movie. Although its uncertain whether it'll be a sequel or a remake (although the former seems more likely since it'd be difficult to retell all of the events of the series in 3 hours or less).

From what I hear the manga is still ongoing, but mangas have a bad habit of going nowhere when they've gone on as long as trigun has.

What was his powers besides the Angel Arm? Oh I have a little trivia, did you know that he never killed his brother Knives?

Well, he was some kind of enhanced human/plant hybrid, and he ages very slowly, if that's considered a power. It's also likely that he has similar powers to Knives (mind control, the ability to control/interface with other "plants") but simply chooses not to use them. Also he seems to have reflexes and speed far greater than any human. And yeah, it was kinda obvious that Knives didn't die at the end (every time that someone isn't shot in the heart or head in a fictional world, they always live).

I thought his arm got dicapitated and Legatto Wheld Vash's arm to his? Because I remember him Killing guys by putting them in some kinda mind control thing(oh and by the way he was very weird). I didn't know that Knives could control guys! Yeah I guess he had Superhuman reflexes and speed(not Quicksilver type speed though!). I wonder why he never uses his Angel Arm in battle? He could do some damage with that power!

And there is the very reason Vash never used it. It was the very reason he had the bounty on his head in the first place.

Vash was an enhanced being, fast reflexes, a keen eye, all that, if those aren't super powers, I don't know what is.

And of course he didn't kill his brother. Vash was all about not killing people. Why would he preach all that stuff, then kill his brother?

And yeah, Legato got Vash's severed arm, I forget how he lost the arm, I believe knives cut it off or something. Which is why Vash has a robotic arm.

Vash went to seek out the last of Rem's decendants. Knives was waiting (the man Vash was looking for was already dead). When Vash pulled his gun on Knives, Knives fired first. Vash lost his arm to this gun shot.

This is also where we see that Knives can exert some of his control over Vash and causes him to use his angel arm for the first time.

As for Vash's missing arm, either it was grafted onto Legato, or the arm regenerated an entire new body around it which became Legato (Vash is part plant you know, and it's possible to make two plants out of one by cutting it into two pieces). Although the former may seem more likely, keep in mind that Legato also has similar mind-control powers to those of Knives and I think the series in some way implies that Legato personifies Vash's dark side (but my memory of the series is VERY fuzzy so don't expect me to cite proof of that).

For reasons unknown Vash didn't grow a new arm. Either he wasn't aware of that ability and simply cauterized the wound to prevent infection, or he got his artificial arm right after and it stunted any attempts at growth.

Wiki says he didn't want to use his healing abilities for some reason, but could if wished.

Wait he can heal himself but never used it? What a sap! I didn't relize that he had mind control, Knives! Wiki isn't the best place for great info(but thats just me)!
