Cmdr Chris Hadfield

Just met Chris Hadfield tonight. Made him a Space Shuttle bird house haha. He loved it! Weird thing to do but..whatever. having breakfast with him tomorrow and will be listening to more tales of space...

My wife arranged it. She rocks.

I never thought of a birdhouse as intimidating. ..maybe if it roosted condors.

He is by far my favorite Canadian, I was in awe of his experience.

And I dunno.. I bet he could take a condor out. Firearms are freely available in Canada, right?

My favorite was that we both own the same guitar, the one he used in his Major Tom video. It survived 6 years on the space station so far. He liked it so much he bought another here on earth. Then the airline crushed it. The moral is your luggage is safer on a a flying space missle than it is on a plane.

He then played Major Tom on his taped up crushed guitar. I took video. It was spectacular.
