Generations Metroplex makeover

Up front, I bought Metroplex only to have some fun with him. I haven't had a project to occupy my mind for a long time, I'm perfectly happy with Fortress Maximus being the giant in my collection, and his design/construction detailed in various reviews hasn't particularly impressed me. Still, he was an awful lot of blank canvas to pass the time with for four months. I wasn't trying to make him look weathered, battle-worn, or realistic; I just wanted him to look like a bit more effort was put into his appearance straight from the factory, and add a few more references to the G1 original. To this end, he is now touched up with additional paint, some Hasbro labels, some Reprolabels, Unique Toys's add-ons, TFC's Gear of War 3, some customized weapons, a repainted Scamper, and the addition of a Slammer drone via Legends Warpath. For more detailed examinations, I have more photos at the following link, larger than what I can post here.

Oh, and I think I figured out what those red posts on the helipad are for - but they still don't make much sense. :D

I might have to try that, sounds interesting. I just figured the post on the back of Scamper's gun was meant to plug into them.
