The Energon Pub

Dreadwing is a great figure but his gun was seriously lacking, so I built a new one from scratch, almost. The only original part remaining is the last couple of inches of the barrel.
I used:

- leader movie Ironhide's left arm gun;
- some cogs left over from making the Forge of Solus Prime;
- the top of two of those cylinders from near the front wheels of a junker leader OP's truck;
- random spike from some movie figure;
- random round posts from goodness knows where;
- the casing of a clicky pen;
- the button of a clicky pen;
- rings from superglue tubes;
- plenty of ice cream tub cuttings.









I'm annoyed that I forgot to photograph the gun before painting it to show you how it's done, so this will have to do:

Clicky pens? Ice cream tubs? Amazing looking end result? You creative mastermind.

Looks like it jumped off the screen! Very cool to see what you used to scratch build it, as I would have guessed it was 3D printed or something if I hadn't known.
