I started with a Zoids Giga Goujura kit as a base, added some back cannons, and re tinted the canopy to a more accurate orange colour

Next came the difficult part, the model was disassembled, under-coated, then painted and detailed in sections.

Painting process was:

clean section, undercoat, (airbrush) pre-shade with black, (airbrush) base colour,, details then metallics coat with sealant

Decepticon faction symbols and rub-sign have been applied.

This is designed as a display piece and although the paint has been sealed to protect the finish extended or rough handling may damage the finish.

The light and sounds still work from the original Zoids kit

Very nice - great choice of model, it really fits Trypticon to a T, with a cool modernized vibe! Immaculate paintwork, too. (especially helps since Trypticon's alt mode's never felt that important - who wants to be a city when you could be a dinosaur?)
