Stress-mark Fixes?

Hey, all. I got this TFCC DepthCharge a few months ago, but within days he started showing a stress mark on his left cockpit fin. I transformed him today to check on it, and the edge now seems to be developing a crack.
Is there any way to mend it before or after he breaks? If not, does anyone have a junk Spacecase or Terradive they'd be willing to sell for parts?
Thanks for whatever help you can offer!

honestly, in my experience you don't have much to worry about. i've never had a stress mark break on me, even after heavy use. i'd be more worried about depthcharge's trident weapon. the hinge on that thing DID break on me (on the original terradive toy) after leaving it alone for months. it could've just been the plastic they used for the original mold, but i'd watch out.

Sorry this is a late reply.
When I have a stress mark like that, especially with a crack or rip in it, I use a coat of Krazy Glue, but you have to use very little, be very precise and get the glue that come with the brush. You have no idea how much that little brush helps.
I did leave some alone once and then the ball socket of my G2 Roadpig....on both arms snapped, luckily I was able to fix them, but still if I would have just added a coat of glue before hand they might not have snapped.
As a side note I have done the same to some figures affected with GPS, and so far so good, my G2 Electo is still intact. Sometimes on them I use a coat of clear nail polish as I don't want to risk Krazy Glue in some places.
NOTE......the glue depending on how it is applied will not always look pretty, but it is better then a broken piece. One time on a figure it did make it look even cooler, almost like battle damage, but that does not always happen.

For light stress marks you can quickly flash it with a lighter flame to make white go away. This is just for cosmetic fix though. Of course use at your own risk. But I’ve seen it used to fix a rare toy and had flawless results.
