Volcanicus Torso Armor/Grimlock Throne from LEGO
Posted: Tue Aug 14, 2018 3:08 pmFinally found Sludge & Snarl to form Volcanicus here in Canada a few weeks ago. While the Perfect Effects upgrade kit is really awesome, I thought I should try to make one on my own to save some much needed $$$ if I can make it acceptable looking.
I used Lego pieces to make the torso armor that can also transforms into a throne for Grimlock to sit in!
I also made/borrowed weapons from other TF toys for Grimlock to use. The gun is a remold/repaint from TR Scourge (used Lego pieces to fill out the gaps first). The sword is straight from FOC Air Raid. Great thing about these weapons is that they can snugly tab/slot onto Grimlock's back in dino mode.
