Need help with CW Jet Blast-Off

I'm trying to make a new character now that I have the shuttle version, and I want to swap the wings to make a harrier with forward-swept wings. But I am having zero luck getting the wing pins out. Does anybody have any tips, tricks or clues on how I could get them popped out?

"Lord, grant me patience, because if you grant me strength I'm going to destroy this f***ing toy." :BANG_HEAD:

Either a pin punch or a soldering iron with a fine tip.

The Combiner Wars designers were customizer-hating sadists, I swear

Welp, it took some work, and it's going to need some repainting, but CW Blast-Off no more... say hello to Pop-Stall.

I'll be looking into a new head, new paintjob, etc, but this is the core figure, modded and ready to go. Not sure exactly what I'll be going for yet, but I like the mini-seeker vibe it gives off. I don't have any pictures of arm mode yet, but the wings don't interfere in their new orientation, so it looks like a bladed shield on the gestalt's shoulder.

So, the bad news: The wings are locked into place. I had to take a dremel to them to cut out the material, and I went a little too far. Ah well, epoxy and plastic cement covereth a multitude of sins.

I take it you're not going to combine it with the way the wings are now? Bummer........

No, I can combine it. The wings don't interfere with arm mode at all. I just didn't get any good pictures at the time. Here's an update:

I just don't have the right torso for it yet. I've got ideas though.

I know what you mean, but what I’m saying is that the wings not being folded would probably look off when posed as an arm, and another thing to mention is that Scramble City-style combinations would no longer be possible.

I don't anticipate the wings looking off when I pop it on. If anything it'll look like a shield. Or like Vortex's rotor blades on the other side. Yeah, I won't be able to turn it into a leg, but there's plenty of other bots willing to fill that particular role. Lopsided, asymmetrical combinations are part and parcel of combiners. I figure it'll still look more balanced than a few other official combiners. CW Computron comes to mind, what with Scrounge supposed to be on a shoulder mount.

True, although Scrounge is an optional buckler.

I don't think Devastator has been topped for asymmetry though. His efforts toward symmetry are a wee bit overshadowed by things like Scavenger's shovel and his wearing a work boot on one foot and a stiletto heel on the other
