This metalhawk『改』is renewed from my old design. Aim to make it as good as possible and look exactly the same as the one from the masterforce cartoon.

It's very well made and no mistake. The manufacturing quality here is superb.

But unfortunately, as far as making him "look exactly the same as the one from the masterforce cartoon" goes... you missed the mark in a number of key ways.

Image
Cartoon robot mode for comparison. No sign of the cockpit from the front, no paldrons, no MP-3 style tailfin skirts. Also, they occasionally ink him with a metallic shine that proves he's supposed

The boxart is a good representation for how his jet mode looks in the cartoon.

To accurately match the show, a Metalhawk toy would have to hew as close as possible to the 1988 original transformation-wise. Including the detachable tailfins - they're nowhere to be seen on his bot mode in the show, and he wields them as guns as per the toy - including the combined rifle.

Amazing! The aesthetic is very Thrilling-30 Jetfire while keeping that traditional anime robot look!
