let's build transformer Hovercraft from LEGO Creator set 31088

Many moons ago, I used LEGO set 31088 to build a Transformer (below).
It's pretty decent and all, but recently with the pandemic going on and I was grounded the past 4 months. Itching to build more stuff with LEGO but on a limited budget, I decided to reboot this set again and build yet another TF from it, a different alt mode this time, a Hovercraft. And I aptly named him Hovershark, due to obvious reason
He crash landed into Earth's ocean in his Cybertronian space cruiser mode about 200 years ago, and scanned a shark as an alternate mode. Sadly, over the years , increasing human activities of hunting sharks threatened him and finally he was wounded on a dock somewhere. This is where he attempted to scan a hovercraft mode. The scanning didn't completed successfuly and he's stuck with a shark-like livery on his vehicle mode.
