And, for those of you who know what Minimates are, I used a Lord of The Rings "human 'Mate", which is half an inch taller than the normal Hobbits & Marvel/DC, making UM taller than the rest of the 'Formers!

Does anybody know why the last, I dunno, four posts (including my latest update, a request for a commission & my response to that, and an Admin saying he was moving it to the Kitbash section) are gone!?
And, why this is still here, and not in the Kitbashes, like it was a few days ago...with the last link I added (which, for some reason, is now gone)!?
Any help is appreciated...

This is why. This thread also got moved to the kitbash forum before that happened. Just to warn you, it might get moved again.
I actually posted about how much I loved the Ultra Magnus as I am a sucker for all things Magnus. So, any chance you'd do a Magnus on commission for me?

Grimlock's up.
I went with the Classics version, but gave him blue eyes.
I'm happy with him, and that's who I made it for!
There's no tail, but I'm not a sculptor, and I couldn't find anything to pass for it, so, like Starscream, he'll have to remain incomplete.
At least until I find arm-blasters and a robotic, sectioned, dinosaur tail...

TENIME_art, I was just wondering if you knew of somewhere that I might acquire a bunch of extra Mini-Mates accessories (i.e. hair, helmets, weapons, etc.) relatively cheaply. I just got a bunch of the new DC Mini-Mates and I was thinking about taking a crack at modifying a few of them.

First, if you're not already, become a member of
The Minimate Multiverse. It's an amazing community, every's really cool, and there are even galleries of customs (you can see all my non-Transformers there!).
Not to mention, a Buy/Sell/Trade section, where people deal sometimes solely in parts.
PM me there (same member name) with what you're looking for, as I have alot of loose pieces I probably don't need...

Awesome! Thanks for the link. I got an idea from the Booster Gold figure to try and make a first-appearance Nightwing using the collar. It's going to be my first custom attempt ever.
