It's based on a KO. No faction symbol on the cannon and the one on the chest isn't moulded.

The Black and gold work really well together, and that mauve/red colour looks really good on the Classics Megatron.

That's what I figgured, but I wanted to be sure. I've seen a few of these online and the different paint schemes can be quite cool!

I was consider before trying to custom my self since I wanted Galvatron. I was a really wanted to so I look for any toy store to buy another Megatron and so I can compose by my own as the Galvatron...

very nice custom, It would looked better in purple but besides that its Great.
