Damn he looks so huge in the photos but he's less than 6" tall. :lol:

Here's the man in his protoform. Quite nice mold. Just needs to be enhanced. If i had the cash, I'd buy a few of these and create various repaint versions of him. thats how much i like this figure.

Nice custom on Protoform Prime. He is a nice mold. I just wixh Hasbro gave him Voyager size at least.

I thought this was something about Blackout.

Very good coloring job. Looks very realistic. Although maybe you can add some color to the chest thing to make it stand out. Blue? Maybe not blue, but something else.

Is the gun a kitbash? Does the original toy come with a gun?

He looks really good! And he's all textured looking too so all the detail on the figure actually shows up, he looks far better like this than he did before.

Nope. I made his chest black for a reason. I've never seen any other custom version of him like that, and I like the 'dark chest' look better than blue.

Nah. Thats the gun he comes with. I just didn't put that little 'toy flame' thing on it.

the more i look at this repaint, the more i like it...it's very unique and medieval, makes Proto Prime look like a war-scarred knight. excellent!

I wouldn't do that. I would use Fixit Sculpt to alter the head a bit. It doesn't have to look just like Ironhide. Just sorta like the difference between Protoform Prime and earth Prime.

No, not that far.

I was thinking more of making slight modification to the head and body. Since they all look alike anyway.

I thought all of them protoforms are exact clones. But some members here say they're different. And they can tell who is who. So maybe when you got the DVD, you can paused it a couple of hundred times, and make out the difference in them.
