You are really freaking good at repainting figures. I sure wish I had the tooling for it, so I could do them myself. It would surely be another expense that I don't need to get into.
SW is my favorite seeker as well.
Are you planning to do dirge/ramjet/thrust as well? I know it's pricey to keep buying the seekers, so did you consider doing commision work for people here at the forums? That would earn you some extra dough to get more supplies.
thrust would be interesting ... putting those vertical thrust props in his wings.
The others could easily be repaints of TC, maybe a cone mod to the head ... which wouldn't be necessary of course. It wouldn't be practical either since the head rests on the rear of the jet. It'll look like a cybertronian dookie in al mode!

Personally I love Thundercracker out of the seekers, but that aside... Dude that's a sick Skywarp! Totally awesome, and the clear coat gives it a wicked shine!

That is brilliant, the plastic looks like it really is black and purple rather than it being painted those colours.

oh man, that is so sick it isn't even funny. i really love the striping details, as well as the semi-flat black - really accentuates the toy's strengths. GREAT JOB MAN!

Thanks for all the great comments. I havent really put much thought into doing these for other people. I think that it is something that i could do for people. How much do ya'll think these are worth. And as far as the other seekers do ya'll think they would be accepted in this mold. Thrust maybe not but what about dirge and ramjet. I have been thinking about doing a bright green one with blue and white stripes just because i like those colors. Again thanks for ya'lls comments.

I'd pay you $100 for a Skywarp.

Those are really, really good. They don't even look custom, they look like they had a good night at the factory and produced the best paint jobs they have ever done.

How do you manage to do the striping part?
Also, did you airbrush the rest?
Curious on how you approached this!

yeah, the paint-job (is it semi-flat?) makes it look as if the plastic was molded in that color, not painted. very amazing.

It's actually just flat black, haven't cleared it yet waiting for the decepticon symbols. So what do ya'll think about ramjet and dirge, i am really wanting to do them now. They have a interesting paint scheme. But the question is would it look good in this mold. oh and thanks to everyone for the comments.

it would be very interesting if you could do them as coneheads, but even as repaints only - with the skills you got, i imagine they would look stand-out amazing like the others.
what i like about your style is that it really works because of the simplicity and cleanliness (though i'd argue that it must have been pretty difficult during the painting process LOL). finally, someone who can do a darn good repaint without all the weathering/battle damage/etc. effects.

keep it up!

p.s., another thing - put enough violets and a little green into SW and he'll look eerily like an EVA-01 on a fat-rich diet binge!
