The Energon Pub

This is my first attempt at repainting these,
so I used a KO so I wouldn't ruin a toy I really liked.
He has turned out pretty good and can't wait to get
the three others that came with him painted.
This guy came out of the 5 dollar QC bug set.

Even though the toy is kinda nasty, you id great on the paint, nice job making an ugly toy look good.

I was looking for some gold foil/chrome paint
but didn't have any luck.
Does antone have any tips on how to change the color of the wings? I want to keep them translucent. Is there a dye I can use?

You can use clear colors. They add color, but remain translucent. I have 3 different Tamiya Acrylic clear colors...blue, orange, and red. They also work great over silver to add a shiny look to the color.
