Having picked up both the Prime/Ravage pack and the Sneak Attack set I found myself with two Primes. In general I prefer the colours on the Super Metal Finish version, it's just a shame that the smaller faction symbol loses some resolution compared to the larger version on the original deco. Not needing both I decided to do a Nemesis (and yes I know that technically this is Scourge rather than Nemesis colours, just sounds cooler) repaint. Here he is freshly reassembled alongside Op.



No faction symbol as yet since I don't have any small enough at the momment. The reds are clear red over a silver base, I went with that to match up to the metalic blues on the Super Metal Finish Prime. Quite pleased with how that turned out. I'm in two minds as to whether to leave the silvers as they are or go over them with a brighter shade. The one that I've gone with quite suits the figure but it's a darker tone than any of the other silvers used in the RH line.

Wow, paints so smooth I would have thought you bought it that way. Awesome work on such a small canvas to work with man.

Cool, I'm starting to get interested in this line, I think I may have to pic up a few.

I'm used to painting wargaming figures, sometimes as small as 6mm scale infantry (truely tiny!) so the size isn't really a problem and working on something that's basicly just flat colours makes for a pretty quick and easy job. No mucking about with inks or blended highlights, neatness and solid application of colour being the priority here.
