when he was first announced, they showed this immage:

but he was released with a light green energon weapon (same as both US versions)

so I just repainted his weapon (with acrylic paint! because that was the only one that carried clear red :p)

Wow! That's covered surprisingly well. What brand did you use... Tamiya?

I may well have to try something similar myself... especially for my Fusion Buzzsaw and Laserbeak...

correct you are

and I just found out that Tamiya acrylic paint can be used as a colorant for resin (when mixing compounds)

Im Still Considering doing this now Since Tamiya Came Out with a Clear Orange Since It would match the Magna Doomlock weapons

Another good general, "clear" red is "Candy Apple." It's not marked as clear, but... It is clear. :3 That and all "metallic" colors seem to be, too... Or at least is my experience concerning Testors paints. ^^ (Only problem is, if you're in the UK... They don't seem to go out there. >.>;! )
