Begone from my sight ye ugly viper, Sideswipe should've been the Acura. If I were you I would use this as Sideswipe and ignore the Viper entirely. Paint/bash him into another character.

I was wondering why that gallery hadn't been put up yet. (finishing touches I suppose? ) Nice to finally see it all together again.

Now, correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't this set have the LEDs in the headlights? Or was that an experiment that got stripped down since?

also, where are the pictures of the extra artilery I saw over at tformers? They should be in the gallery aswell.

Oh, I wouldn't say the headlights have been scrapped. To retain the integrity of the toy...I used an extra headlight piece from a junker Alternator Prowl.

Basically I have two sets of lights that can be switched in and out. The regular one which is standard on Prowl, and the one where I drilled through the main light section...stuck an LED in there, glued it, blackened the area inside the headlight assembly with flat black enamel, and wired the lights to a switch.

I got the switch from a store that sells light kits for Microsizers/Bit Char-Gs
They are those tiny Radio Controlled cars similar to the ones sold at radio Shack called Zip-Zaps...only better.

I'll have to ask TFMaster if I can use a picture of the lights on in the Custom Contest.

(and ask Devastator if he can add these pics to the VTEC gallery...the guy probably can't stand how many times I change things on him...or add stuff...hahaha)

I don't necessarily use this for VTEC per se...he was just around when I took the pics. In my opinion Grimlock seems to handle the Gatling Gun the best.

Here you can see VTEC handling the gatling gun...and destroying Armada Starscream...which is why he needed a new Alternator body...hahaha (check out the gallery)

Yes, its from the CyCom Colossus...I picked it up at KBToys for like $15 if I remember correctly.

It's cool man! Those headlights are awesome! I hope you don't mind, but I added the gattling gun pictures too, I really liked those.
