Hey all. Some of the TFW'ers will probably see this one over in Radicons, but I wanted to post it here as well, as I'm really proud of this one.

I hate to do this, but I'm gonna cut-copy-paste most of the info from TFW...

I used to work at Dulles Airport and drove around in airport service trucks an awful lot. I always thought it'd be cool to do a transformer that resembled the trucks I used at work. It's kind of a shame that I finished him after I left the job, but I'll be sending these pics to my old pals from the electric shop as well.

Faithful to an multi-purpose electrical shop truck, Grapple's alt mode has all of the following:
1. automated grapple hook (a must, both because of his name and because it's feature on most service trucks)
2. Red warning lights AND a white airport operations beacon light
3. A shovel (essential for digging up damaged lines)
4. A hot stick holder (the white tube, where "hot sticks" - grabber claws used to turn off high-voltage transformers - are kept)
5. A ladder (human sized, effective for disguise. )

...however, you guys get different piccies than TFW does. :)

...yes, I know he's a bit uneven on the passenger's (right) side, but...eh...he's done for me. I won't be able to work on him at least until May at this point...finals loom near.

great use of that head! Not actually owning it, I never would have expected it to fit on that mold. I love how much you modded the car mode aswell.

I like it in spite of the unevenness. Its too bad that RID molds rub together so much, transforming too many time will wreck it.
