VP/Alpha Trion again...

I know it's been done a gajillion times before, and I wasn't going to jump on the bandwagon.
But the other day I realised that I had a far better use for my Energon Bulkhead than slightly repainting him into Springer; this use involves a new head. So I took Bulkhead's head off him, and realised he had some potential...

I separated both Bulkhead and VP's heads, and did some clipping and filing so the two halves would fit together. A connecting post came from some styrene tubing and the rim that stops the head from coming out was a thin styrene strip cemented round the bottom. A semi-circle of thick styrene forms the neck (filling the gap between the chin and the torso). And a little beard cut from a sheet of thin styrene finishes him off.
I've painted him simply using Citadel Boltgun Metal and washing with Tamiya red and blue clearcoats.
