I haven't messed with this mold, but would it be possible to make a pickup out of it? If so... 2 packs still on sale at Wal-Mart $11... hmmm

Trailbreaker is also an interesting idea. It would look cool either way.

Awesome idea for Cybertron Red alert to be ironhide. How are you gonna remove the Siren to make it more like a van?

If you strip out the Cyber power yes you could probably make him into a small pickup. When he's in bot mode most of that back half is kibble with his cyber key popup cuns in it.

Nice idea, I agree he'd make a better Trailbreaker then Ironhide though.

Making a Trailbreaker, you could make a set of roof lights, that would help hide the head.
