Alt hands should be in the right size range for the big guy I'd think. Very nice.

Great Work Man, I am currently doing some joint installment on my Titanium Primal and plan on doing megatron next.

You should definately do a how to if you can, I always want to put together one but I always tend to get to a dead endo on a project then shelf it for a while.

for most of these joints, i glued it together to line them up then once i knew it worked they got epoxy

quick how to

The joint isnt a conventional joint, as it needs a hinge for the knee but also needs to rotate sideways for the transofrmation, theonly way was to put the ball in the centre so the socket can revolve arround it

Image
Image

The elbow was the most important to line up, the others can be out a millimeter or so ,
so for this i set the ball and socket before i cut joint in half
Image

pritty basic pelvis, they are just ball joints on the slider thatw as all ready there, you might notice the hip/spine isnt glued into the torso
Image

this is why the hip wasnt glued, its so he can rotate 360' and lean forward, back and to the side too
Image

for the sholder there needs to be a telescopic ball joint, the arm needs to be by his side with no gap in robot mode,

after the epoxy set he can still transform.so far its a successful project, one of the shlder joints came a bit unaligned but not much to fix

just an idiot thought. when you paint him why not paint him into twincast?
Coming along nice. I like when others bash some of the g1 "bricks". Gives the old toys new character.
