Hi
I got 2 Burger King Red Alerts from Auto Assembly, they look boring so I thought I would repaint one to Cannonball.
Heres what I have done so far, it my 1st repaint, and sorry if the photos aren't very good.

Theres some parts where the paint is scratched off, so I thought I wait till I get some varnish and then repaint it and then seal it in.

For the selekton, I haven't got anything thats greeny blue, so I get some and the varnish on Weds.
Any ideas what shade the greeny blue is? And whats the best type of varnish? Gloss, Matt or any others?

Nice paintjob there - and you say this is your first? We're gonna have to watch out for you..! 8)
I've no idea what shade the blue is you're after, but for the varnish, I'd recommend a satin finish. I use it because it most closely resembles the finish on bare plastic, making it look more like it's moulded rather than painted. Gloss is good as well, though.

Red Alert is by far the best of the BK toys.
