Hey all. I don't know how many folks frequent the TFW2005 kitbashing forum, but I posted this over there too.

I finished this last month and figured I'd help out Sean by posting some pics of his Alternators heads in use. Here's my completed Alt. Ironhide:






Someday, when I'm less overwhelmed with **** to do, I'll do the leg mod. I really like the way it looks. Thanks for that tutorial on it, TFmaster!

Cool... I and at least one other person have used similar mods to make the Prime Ram into Ironhide, but your custom head as opposed to a Skids repaint helps bring the character to life. Did you do an orange stripe across the sides of his alt mode?

Nah, I decided not to...Ever since the Hasbro Prime photos showed up for Botcon last year, I kept thinking "THAT'S IT - that's my Ironhide." I just wanted him exactly the way they sold the Alt. Prime; a red truck with no peripheral stuff.

...that's also the reason I didn't post any alt. mode pics; you've all seen Prime in Alt. mode. I know it might seem lazy, but I'm fitting these in where I can between a busy schedule.
